Infection Control Statement

We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all our patients, visitors, and staff.

If you have any concerns about cleanliness or infection control, please speak to a member of our reception team.

All of our clinicians follow our Infection Control Policy to ensure that all care provided and all equipment used meet the highest safety standards.

Our Infection Control Measures

To support our commitment to high-quality infection prevention, we:

  • Encourage staff and patients to report any issues or incidents relating to cleanliness or infection control, so that we can review them and make improvements where needed.
  • Carry out an annual infection control audit to ensure that our procedures remain effective.
  • Provide annual training and updates for all staff on cleanliness and infection control.
  • Regularly review our policies and procedures to ensure they remain up to date and in line with national guidance.
  • Maintain our premises and equipment to a high standard, taking all reasonable steps to reduce or remove infection risks.
  • Use washable or disposable materials—such as couch rolls, modesty curtains, floor coverings, and towels—and ensure these are cleaned, laundered, or replaced frequently.
  • Provide alcohol hand gel throughout the building for use by patients, staff, and visitors.
